What’s Tokyo Tower?

Tokyo Tower is a structure steeped in history and culture, known as an iconic landmark of Japan’s capital city, Tokyo.

600 steps to ascend while enjoying the view!

Every day, Tokyo Tower opens the 600 steps that lead up from the rooftop of “Foot Town,” the building below the tower, to a height of 150 meters!
The stairway takes about 12 to 13 minutes to ascend, while enjoying the view of Tokyo and the pleasant breeze.

It may sound a little surprising to hear “600 steps! may sound a bit startling, but even children as young as kindergarten age can ascend the tower in about 15 minutes.
The outside staircase, which allows visitors to walk up Tokyo Tower on their own feet, is the ultimate hands-on attraction, providing a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment that cannot be experienced in an elevator.                 
 It is a “healthy and liberating” course that is especially recommended for those who are unable to get enough exercise.
There are step markers along the stairway, a small terrace space to enjoy the view, and a quiz on Tokyo Tower from the Noppon brothers.
You will be able to enjoy ascending the stairs while watching the scenery change little by little. In addition, visitors who challenge the external staircase will receive a “Noppon-approved Ascending Staircase Certificate,” which is not sold for a fee!

1、BULLDOGS HOTDOG CAFE & BEER PUB: You can see it in the picture! The classic and cute bright red “London Bus” will appear at the Tokyo Tower for a limited time only.
It will be open as a café during lunchtime and in the afternoon, and as a pub at night. The Root Master Long (RML) will be available, with tables on the second floor. You can enjoy food and beverages purchased at the café or bar on the second floor of the bus.
This “London Bus” also serves British beer during bar time.

Regular observation fee will be charged.
All visitors who use the external staircase will receive a “Noppon-approved ascending staircase certificate.
This is not given to visitors using the downstairs stairs.
